Visible vs Invisible
My work oscillates between bold minimalism and instinctive mess — a space where structure, character and imperfections cohabit. Form, composition and simplicity are at the core. The process; a dance between the subconscious and the consciousness.
I kicked off my career in the roaring ’90s as a web designer and developer — even though my heart was secretly sketching wild ideas and doodles at every chance. Back then, the digital world was exploding, and I learned its tricks faster than you can say “HTML.” For the past twenty years, I’ve been working as a graphic designer and Photoshop expert for a national newspaper. Together with my talented colleagues, we craft everything from photomontages and graphics to typography and creative concepts. We also oversee photo and illustration assignments — all while juggling more hats than a hat shop (with “Web First!” being the latest addition).
Working at a newspaper is exhilarating; it’s like being at the epicenter of rapid-fire, witty storytelling. Yet, when the ink dries on the day job, my first love — free creation — keeps calling. Over time, I realized it’d be refreshing to swap the relentless deadline drum for a slower, more curious rhythm — a space where I can roam my vast inner universe without any pressure to spell out every thought. In short, I’m reclaiming the pure, untamed joy of creative exploration — no instruction manual required.
